Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above OMR 20. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of OMR 2.500 applies.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Muscat time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your order status at any time through your account or via the tracking link provided.
Damaged Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
